• EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS *
– Grade 12 or Appropriate tertiary education is preferred
– 2 years’ frontline customer service experience
Experience of working in customer services in a corporate environment would be an advantage
– Computer literate on MS Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES *
– To ensure you are providing a world class, client facing front of house service
– To ensure that all client requests and enquiries are fulfilled in the designated timeframe and exceed client expectations by ensuring that a first class service is delivered at all times
– To ensure that all visitors/callers to the client site and internal clients experience upon visiting the site and when accessing your services
– To be professional in visitor/client interactions at all times
– To adhere to all Client First Team policies, processes, standards and procedures
– Develop, enhance and sustain strong internal working relationships with all members of the Client First team, the Standard Bank Client Services team at Standard Bank and internal clients
• KEY TASKS
– Welcome all visitors, clients and employees to Standard Bank
– Operate a dynamic, professional meet and greet service
– Provide world class service to the client following the “Client First” ethos
– Fulfil all client requests in a professional and timely manner
– Actively seek out details of visitors in advance
– Escort visitors, where necessary, to the meeting room suites
– Process all visitors in line with procedures including pre-preparing passes within required timescales
– Maintain all statistical information and records as requested
– Manage the plants, decorations, displays and publications in the reception and waiting areas to ensure that materials/products are current
– Ensure that reception area is kept to a high standard at all times, ensuring that issues are raised promptly with the cleaning team and the Facilities Helpdesk and actioned in a timely fashion
– Maintain a professional appearance at all times in adherence with Client First grooming standards
