Job Title: Operations and Office Manager:
The Operations and Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient and smooth processes within the company. This role combines operational responsibilities with administrative tasks, requiring a dynamic individual who can handle a variety of duties, from managing staff and resources to maintaining office facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Coordinate and manage logistics, including supply chain, inventory, and procurement.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Office Management:
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing company events.
Serve as the point of contact for vendors and service providers.
Staff Management:
Supervise and support office staff, including administrative assistants and other support personnel.
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement staff development programs.
Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Oversee health and safety protocols within the office.
Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct safety drills.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role.
Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing operational functions.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Personal Attributes:
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
Full-time position
Monday through Friday
Office-based role with occasional travel for meetings or training.
May require working additional hours during peak periods.
