Restaurant in Stellenbosch requires a full time manager

The successful candidate must

– be prepared to work industry hours which include late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
– have excellent computer literacy skills
– experience working with POS systems
– previous restaurant/bar management experience
– relevant admin experience
– be self motivated and able to work under pressure
– be able to work alone as well as part of a team
– have the ability to delegate
– reside in Stellenbosch
– good stock management skills and knowledge of liquor and food costings essential
– be well spoken and presentable
– have a clean criminal record and traceable references
– knowledge of wine an advantage

A tertiary qualification and a first aid qualification will be advantageous.

Experience:

Front of house management: 1 year (Preferred)
Restaurant management: 2 years (Required)

English and afrikaans (Required)
