Job description:
Key Performance Areas :
Maintenance, repairs and overhauling of the production lines and equipment.
Attend to mechanical and electrical breakdowns and repairs .
Have experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
Specializing in fault finding.
Summary of job:
Install, dismantle, maintain, repair, reassemble, and moves machinery in the factory.
Leading, training and managing Maintenance team.
Hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC’s ,servo drive’s and electrical systems.
Coordinating the completion of complex repairs.
Determine which techniques and tools to use when repairing or modification plant machines or equipment.
Attend to unplanned maintenance of plant and equipment.
Provide guidance and oversee troubleshooting of equipment issues
Qualifications :
· Matric passed;
· Qualified Millwright -Artisan NQF 5
3-5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment/Supervisory position
Other minimum requirements:
Applicant must be dynamic and a self-motivated person.
· Good communication skills.
· A driver’s license is a requirement.
· Proactive- Use initiative and good decision making.
· Computer literacy.
