Administration Assistant Required
Days: Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays are required)
Time: 07:00 – 16:00 (some days you will need your come in earlier).
Based in Montague Gardens .
Administration Duties and Responsibilities
* Invoicing
* Answering calls
* Trip sheets for drivers
* Schedule meeting for sales Representatives
* Generate last order sheet report
* Invoice sorting and scanning and filing
* Make sure office stationary is well stocked
* Assist accounts department (if needed)
* Attending to emails and customer enquiries
* Attending to customer queries and complaints
Must be able to:
* Be able to work excel
* Be able to work Sage Online
* Be able to be a team player
* Must have owner vehicles
* Be able to work under pressure
* Must have excellent communication skill
* Must have excellent time management
